Number One Sarah's Meadow is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the southern edge of Padstow, about 10-12 minutes walk to the harbour and enjoys views to the Camel Estuary and surrounding countryside.

This spacious detached house, sits in pretty, secluded, landscaped gardens and very comfortably accommodates up to 6 persons (children 8 years and over).

The house has, on the ground floor

sitting-room with TV, Freeview, DVD player, video recorder, stereo,
dining-room, conservatory,
kitchen/breakfast room with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer,
utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, cloakroom.

On the first floor

master bedroom (5 ft. bed) with TV, DVD player, door to balcony, ensuite shower-room,
two twin-bedded rooms (all 3ft.), one with door to balcony, family bathroom/shower.
All the bedrooms have a sofa.

The house is equipped to an exceptionally high standard, bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.

Gas central heating and electricity is included. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Outside, very private garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and parking for up to three cars.
